Surya’s Energizing Massage & Body Oil enlivens and invigorates. When used in a light, daily, lymphatic self-massage, this oil helps restore mental and physical equilibrium. Effects can be felt immediately. Energizes the Kapha dosha.

How To Use

Massage a bit of room temperature or warm oil onto your body, starting with ears and neck, working towards your heart. When massaging arms and legs, use circular motions around joints, and a back-and-forth motion on muscles. You can also apply to scalp, and to face, unless you’re using Surya’s Balancing Face Oil for that portion of the self-massage. Combine our Cooling Body & Massage Oil with Surya’s deeply restorative single-use Cooling Bath Soak, and create a luxurious and healing retreat experience at home, for body and mind.

  • Holy Basil, or Tulsi, is known as the “Queen of Herbs” in Ayurveda.  Adaptogenic, Holy Basil promotes longevity, detoxifies skin and pores, soothes skin irritations, and tones and tightens.
  • Mustard Seeds are a natural exfoliant, improving your skin’s texture and appearance.  Anti-inflammatory and rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, mustard seeds nourish the skin and enhance your skin’s natural health and vitality. 
  • Cardamom, also rich in antioxidants, promotes the skin’s vibrancy, and provides anti-aging benefits, while Cardamom’s essential vitamins and minerals encourage cell regeneration and repair, promoting healthier skin.

    Using this has transformed my relationship with body

    After years of using lotion and never quite feeling like it did the trick, this oil has taken my skin to the next level. I am the softest I have ever been! As someone who has always struggled with my loving my body, using this oil daily to anoint myself has helped me transform and heal my relationship with my body. No joke. The essential oils Martha chose are bright and refreshing, while the oil itself is smooth and sweet. I can’t recommend this oil more highly.

    So happy I found this product

    As someone who has been struggling during quarantine with fatigue and sluggishness, I am so happy I found this product. I use it after I shower and started feeling the results immediately. The smell and the feeling against my skin lifts me up and gives me a new energy to start my day. I am new to self care and this was a great place for me to start.
